ABOUT ME
My introduction and education in Real Estate started back in
college, 1989,
in Los Angeles, California. I grew up in a family of Real Estate brokers
and investors. I began to appreciate and look forward to learning about
the styles and construction of homes including Bungalow's, Dutch Colonials,
Craftsman, English Tudors, Old- PDX style and Ranch homes. Having been
through so many home inspections, I have a keen eye on what to look for
and potential red flags that I can point out before spending the money
on a professional home inspection. I chose to work with World Wide Realty
believing in their unique style of customer involvement and a background
of Real Estate history that is unmatched in the real estate industry.
I am a professional in this industry through and through and that is something
you will greatly appreciate while being represented in one of the biggest
moves of your life.
My working bio consists of other interests within public relations:
*An Astronomy and Outer Space educator for NASA
and the Griffith Observatory.
*President/CEO of AIRTIME
BOARDS snow board company.
*Creator and author of KEVDIDDY
children's music, books and videos.

In my spare time I enjoy cooking extravagant meals ( I never follow a recipe), camping along a creek, The White Album, and I love gardening, I have been growing and living off of my organic vegetable garden for the past 26 years. I also have 4 happy and healthy chickens from which I get a dozen fresh eggs every 3 days.
I believe in and encourage recycling of our trash, composting of our foods and supporting eco-friendly green homes. To ensure we keep Oregon a beautiful, green and resourceful state, this web page was printed on 100% recycled keyboard pads :)
I'm also a fun and loving father to my amazing, beautiful boy, Elijah, who loves to listen to Daddy sing.
